March 14 – May 2 (Tuesdays from 4:30 – 6:00 PM)
New for 2023, the Red Hawk “spring training” program is an American Development Model (ADM) based program to prepare players for summer and fall PGA Jr. League. Players will be grouped by age and go through a variety of athletic development type movements such as running, jumping, skipping, and throwing, along with a variety of golf specific movements using Mach 3 Speed Training Tools. In addition, players will spend time working on their golf skills such as putting, chipping, pitching, and the full swing. Players will be coached by PGA Professionals, Associates, and Students who are ADM Certified and have a passion for coaching junior golfers. Players and families should realize that it will be windy in the Spring and practice will only be canceled in extreme conditions.
