Cancellation/No Show Policy

To ensure a smooth booking process, you will be asked to provide your credit card information when reserving a tee time. By providing this information, you agree to our Cancellation/No-Show Policy. Please note that golfers who decline to provide their card information will not be able to book a tee time.

In the event that you book a tee time but fail to show up or cancel on the same day, a cancellation/no-show fee will be charged. This fee is equivalent to half the rate for which you were scheduled. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and if the schedule allows, we will do our best to accommodate golfers who arrive at the course without a confirmed tee time.

If you cancel your tee time the day before the scheduled date, our Cancellation/No Show Policy will not be applicable. Additionally, please note that the policy does not apply when play is suspended due to inclement weather.

Thank you for considering Red Hawk Golf Club. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to accommodate you and your group.
